You can also do some simple exercises to tone your muscles. The first thing you can do is to hold a dumbbell in each hand and do some pushups. This is a great exercise to strengthen your chest. You can do about 15 repetitions. After you’re done with the pushups, you can tie the band around your waist and do some leg lifts. This is a great exercise that will tone your abs and legs. Do this exercise for about 10 minutes.
