Some people want to lose weight, so they start eating healthier foods. Others want to improve their physical fitness, so they start exercising regularly. Still others want to be healthier so they start eating better foods.

Stress management is the ability to cope with stress. There are many ways to deal with stress, including exercise, relaxation techniques, meditation, and yoga.
