Others prefer a more sedentary lifestyle, which involves staying at home and doing little or nothing. Some people enjoy both types of lifestyle, while others prefer one over the other.

Self-control is the ability to control your emotions, actions, and reactions. You can develop self-control by exercising self-discipline. Self-discipline is the ability to make decisions and to stick to them.

8) Motivation

Motivation is the reason why you want to change your lifestyle. There are many reasons why people decide to change their lifestyle. Some people want to lose weight, so they start eating healthier foods. Others want to improve their physical fitness, so they start exercising regularly. Still others want to be healthier so they start eating better foods.

9) Stress Management

Stress management is the ability to cope with stress. There are many ways to deal with stress, including exercise, relaxation techniques, meditation, and yoga.

10) Self-improvement

Self-improvement is the desire to learn new skills and to improve your knowledge. Self-improvement includes reading books, watching TV programs, attending workshops, and listening to CDs.
